We serve as the project management team responsible for coordinating the progress of your solar installation from contract signing through final system activation. We:

• Track installation milestones.
• Provide project updates to the customer and sales rep.
• Coordinate with installers, utility companies, and city inspectors.

We do not directly sell or finance solar systems. All sales are conducted by independent representatives or partner sales organizations.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information during the project.
• Respond to scheduling or documentation requests.
• Notify us of any changes in contact details or property access issues.

Delays caused by unresponsiveness or withheld information may impact installation timelines.

Sales representatives are independent and not direct employees of our company. We are not liable for any representations or guarantees made by a sales rep outside the scope of our managed installation process.

Any disputes regarding product promises, incentives, or contract terms must be directed to the original sales agent or the solar provider listed in your contract.

We may communicate with you via phone, email, or text to provide project updates. By engaging with our service, you consent to receive such communications.

You may opt out of non-essential updates by notifying us in writing.

Project timelines are estimates and may be impacted by:

• Permitting or utility approvals
• Weather conditions
• Supply chain disruptions

We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of delays and reschedule work promptly when necessary.

Under no circumstances shall [Your Company Name] be liable for:

• Installation errors
• Delays caused by third parties
• Loss of potential solar production
• Misrepresentations made by sales agents

Our role is limited to coordination and communication throughout the installation phase.

We will only use your data to coordinate your project and will not share your personal information with unrelated third parties.

"Agreement to Receive Text Messages

We may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request from us.

   •    By subscribing or otherwise using the service, you acknowledge and agree that we will have the right to change and/or terminate the service at any time, with or without cause and/or advance notice.

Will I be charged for the text messages I receive?

Though Fasttrack Management llc will never charge you for the text messages you receive, depending on your phone plan, you may see some charges from your mobile provider. Please reach out to your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan."
